Problems with seeing Java applications like the "Underwater" Logo at the top of our home page result from problems with your Java Virtual Machine, or Java VM.

MS Windows XP does not include the Java VM because of copyright issues with Sun Microsystems.  

It is a simple matter to download the latest / greatest Java VM for Sun Microsystems and install that.  Simply click on the link below, and download what Sun calls J2SE 5.0 (the current version) which is the Sun Microsystems JRE (Java Runtime Environment).

Sun Microsystems provides a number of Java Runtime and development applications on their site, you'll see them there.  For Java Runtime (what you need to see Java Applications on the web) just get the JRE.
